Young Leaders

CHYL seeks up and coming community leaders between the ages of 21 and 45 who share our passion for making Miami a better place to live for all and who are looking for a positive way to make a difference.

CHYL supports one of the largest and most respected organizations in Miami working to end chronic homelessness in our community. CHYL members obtain a unique perspective on the challenging community issue of homelessness through volunteer activities, while enhancing their own professional network.

As a member, you will receive the following benefits:

• Hands-on volunteer engagement opportunities with a meaningful and rewarding purpose
• Leadership development through advocacy and outreach efforts
• Professional development opportunities by networking with community and business leaders, the Camillus House Board of Directors, and other like-minded young professionals
• Recognition (as a group) on social media, newsletter, and website

Members can participate as much or as little as desired. You can support CHYL simply by attending events. Members wishing to get more involved in volunteering and/or planning activities are welcome and have many opportunities to do so. We can also help your company get involved.
