American Airlines has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 2000. The company is title sponsor of both our annual Hope for All Gala and our spring Auction. AA also regularly provides volunteers to help with important projects and initiatives including serving meals in our kitchen. Among other notable efforts, AA volunteers helped Camillus House install Personal Protective Equipment in the kitchen during the pandemic. The airline has also sponsored our annual Christmas party, helping to share new hope and joy with individuals and families in need. AA continues its support of Camillus through ongoing donations of goods and services, notably during the live auctions held during our two annual signature fundraising events. Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”), a diversified real estate investment company, has partnered with us to help expand our Workforce Development Initiative. Its support provides new opportunities to our residents seeking to participate in construction trade programs, an eight-week culinary certificate, and employment opportunities with many of our partners. In addition, the company’s Aimco Cares program is sponsoring scholarships for individuals in our program designed to remove barriers to employment for those looking to obtain or maintain a job. The scholarships cover job-related costs, such as bus passes, licensing fees, uniforms, classes, and similarly required ancillary costs crucial to succeed in gainful employment opportunities.

Bank of America has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 1994. The bank has provided critical help for numerous programs, including as an anchor supporter of our Camillus Youth Housing Initiative. We are also grateful recipients of Neighborhood Builders, B of A’s signature grant making program to provide funding and leadership training for our executive team members. In addition, B of A volunteers regularly serve in our kitchen, help with collection drives, and make “PB & J” sandwiches to feed the hungry. We are thankful too for the bank’s guidance and support during critical times including our 2012 move to our main campus. Recently, B of A, awarded Camillus a generous grant in support of our Day Center program that provides meals, showers, and other critical services to street homeless individuals every weekday. The bank continues to lend their support by participating on the Camillus House Board, through financial support, and with ongoing donations of goods and services. BankUnited has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 1995. The bank provides financial support and volunteer services, most notably through sponsoring Financial Literacy classes for clients in our addiction treatment programs. Baptist Health has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 1992, and been a trusted and gracious partner, including in times of transition such as the 2012 move to our new main campus. Through the years, Baptist Health has regularly provided volunteers to serve in the Camillus kitchen and to assist with other projects and initiatives. Baptist Health also coordinates with us to provide beds at Camillus House for their patients who are experiencing homelessness. We are also thankful for Baptist Health’s representation on the Camillus House Board and its participation in our Young Leaders program, for their financial support, and for their ongoing donations of goods and services. Batchelor Foundation has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 1993. Through the years, the Foundation has provided critical matching funds for our programs serving families. The Batchelor Foundation has also regularly supplied volunteers to help with important projects and initiatives. Foremost among these is our annual Thanksgiving festivities that focus on lifting up vulnerable members of our community at a critical time of year when hunger and homelessness hurts most. We’re also grateful to the Foundation for providing key support during our 2012 move to our main Campus. Florida International University (FIU) generously supports Camillus House’s good work. Under our direction, the college conducts and teaches the impactful Construction Trades program that prepares once-homeless clients to earn a living in the building industry. FIU also provides many volunteers to carry out critical programs and initiatives at Camillus House. Among other efforts, FIU’s Stemple School of Social Work provided a comprehensive day of service, and Masters’ students helped create our Disaster Management Plan. Most recently, their Chaplin School of Hospitality Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management is the site where CHEF Challenge is shot and produced once a month. We’re grateful to count Florida International University as a key partner for good!

GlobalPro generously supports Camillus House’s good work. The company is an anchor supporter of the CHEF challenge, a signature program helping families to bond by cooking healthy meals together on a budget. Among other support, GlobalPro has hosted and supported our Back to School initiative that helps families prepare at-risk students to succeed in the classroom. With GlobalPro’s help, Camillus House has also been able to streamline and reduce the costs of facility inspections. We are thankful too for the company’s representation on the Camillus Board and for their ongoing donations of goods and services including shoes, supplies, and client haircuts. Miami Dade College (MDC) generously supports Camillus House’s good work. Under Camillus House’s care, the college organizes and teaches the impactful Culinary Program that prepares our once-homeless clients to work in the restaurant industry. MDC also serves as a fruitful source of volunteers for Camillus – about half of all those who donate their time to supporting our efforts come from the college! In addition to other assistance, MDC provides health education and GED classes to better prepare Camillus House clients to productively reintegrate into society. We’re grateful to count Miami Dade College as a committed partner for good!

The Miami Foundation has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 2002. The Foundation provides anchor funding for various Camillus programs through essential grants. Over the years, the Foundation has lent support to a wide range of initiatives from helping victims of human trafficking to addressing mental illness and substance abuse, and supporting housing efforts. As host of Give Miami Day, the highly successful 24-hour annual giving challenge, the Foundation helps Camillus House raise critical funds to carry out our work all year around. The Miami Foundation also advocates for critical issues impacting our community and allocates funding to address those needs. Camillus House is grateful for our longtime partnership for good with The Miami Foundation!

Molina Healthcare has been a generous supporter of Camillus House’s good work. We are grateful for the company’s substantial financial support and for their representation and wise input while serving on the Camillus House Board and committees. Molina Healthcare also coordinates with Camillus to provide beds for their patients who are experiencing homelessness. In addition, Molina has generously supplied volunteers for numerous projects and initiatives including for Veterans’ Day and Memorial Day. Norwegian Cruise Lines has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 2000. The company’s extraordinary level of support led to our main campus being named in their honor. In addition to their financial support, Norwegian volunteers have supplied “people power” to numerous projects and initiatives including as diligent helpers on our Christmas toy collection, Back to School initiatives for vulnerable families, and Thanksgiving Baskets for the hungry. The cruise line also supports our life skills classes for Good Shephard Villas, our Hard Hats Beautification projects, and more. We are thankful too for Norwegian’s representation on the Camillus House Board, for their financial support, and for their ongoing donations of goods and services. Publix Super Markets has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 1992. Through the years, Publix has provided food prepared at our kitchen, including to feed more than 1,000 hungry people daily. The company also donates groceries for housing clients and others with limited outcome, and has provided key funding to sustain our Day Center, where individuals living on the street can receive meals, a shower, and other humanitarian services every weekday. The company supported the 2012 move to our main campus, and regularly supplies volunteers to help with important projects in our kitchen and warehouse. Simply Healthcare/Anthem Foundation has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 2018. The Foundation is a significant supporter of key Camillus programs including our Institute for Success and Personal Achievement program, Project Phoenix that serves victims of human trafficking, and our Day Center that provides critical services to individuals living on the streets. The Foundation has consistently supplied volunteers to assist in a wide range of projects and initiatives including conducting virtual programming for human trafficking clients, serving in the kitchen, sponsoring Back to School events, and as a featured partner in our Health Fairs for families. Simply Healthcare/Anthem also coordinates with us to provide beds at Camillus House for their patients who are experiencing homelessness. TD Bank has generously supported Camillus House’s good work since 2012. Through its TD Charitable Foundation, the bank has provided financial and volunteer help to power numerous Camillus programs, including Financial Literacy classes to provide the formerly homeless with skills to rebuild their lives. We are also grateful recipients of Housing for Everyone, TD’s signature grantmaking program, and thankful for the bank’s counsel and support during critical transition times including our 2012 move to a new main campus. Recently, the Foundation provided funding to help renovate apartments at our Somerville Residence for veterans and others in need.
