Calls to the County's Homeless Prevention Hotline at Camillus House Increase as risk of homelessness rise

The hotline at Camillus House has been operating for more than a decade, but numbers show there has been an overall increase in calls from people who are either about to become or are at imminent risk of being homeless. Camillus House staff confidentially handles each person's call, pairing them with programs and providing them with available services and housing.
