Labre Place, scheduled to open in Spring 2012, is a high-rise building with 90 1-bedroom units.

50 units have been set aside for people who have a history of homelessness, with 40 low-income units.

• Income eligibility: $8,000–$15,000 per year.

• 30% of adjusted gross income client contribution; flat rate of $674 per month.

• Managed by Royal America, an external company.
