Mr. Gloria has over 24 years of experience in non-profit leadership and in operating complex, integrated systems of care. As Chief Operating Officer, he will oversee program and business operations across 11 sites located throughout the County that are owned and/or operated by Camillus House, at the 350,000 square foot multi-use main campus, as well as the agency’s grant development, fleet, IT, Facilities, Security and client support operations.
Most recently, Eddie served as the Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, where he steered the organization through substantial growth amidst pandemics and major disasters. He also previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Alpha-1 Foundation in Coral Gables.
This marks Eddie’s second tour of duty as Camillus House’s Chief Operating Officer, previously holding the role from 2016 to 2018 and playing various leadership roles within the organization between 2007 and 2018, including Vice President of Strategy and Housing Development, and Director of Strategy and Grants. Prior to joining Camillus House Mr. Gloria worked in public policy development and grants administration with the City of Miami.
Eddie completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Florida International University in Miami and holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA).
