Barrett Place

Barrett Place represents 20 apartments (efficiencies or 1-bedroom), mostly in the downtown Miami area for 20 single adults.

 • Criteria: clients must suffer from chronic homelessness and a mental health disability; referred via walk-in, or from an emergency shelter or transitional housing; ability to live independently; compliance with program participation; drug and alcohol free.

• Clients must show proof of income.
