Somerville Residence is a 7-story building with a total of 48 units, consisting of efficiencies, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments.

Some units reserved for single parents with disability, including substance abuse, while other units are reserved for single adults only.

• Criteria: homelessness, or walk-in or from an emergency shelter or transitional housing (including treatment programs); ability to live independently; compliance with program participation; drug and alcohol free; proof of income.

• 22 units require residents to pay 30% of adjusted gross income.

• 26 flat-rate units ranging from $350–500 per month.
