Matt Talbot House has 45 beds in 2-bedroom units for single adults who recently completed a substance abuse treatment program.

• Criteria: homeless; referred via walk-in or from an emergency shelter; ability to live independently; drug and alcohol free; compliance with program participation, including attaining employment/income.

• Residents pay 30% of adjusted gross income as part of their client contribution
