Archbishop Carroll Homes
Archbishop Carroll Homes consists of 65 1-bedroom units for single adults suffering from chronic homelessness.
• Criteria: clients must be chronically homeless and referred via Chronic Outreach Initiative; ability to live independently; client choice, low demand program.
• Residents pay 30% of adjusted gross income as part of their client contribution.
