We’re Here to Help

Camillus House has been providing services to persons who are poor and homeless in South Florida since 1960.

We began operations at the request of the then-Diocese of Miami to assist with the large and increasing Cuban immigration. As Miami changed and grew, so did the needs of the poor in our community.

What began as a “storefront” operation has grown into a full continuum of care offering services to thousands of individuals.
