Thoughts from the Brothers

BROTHERS OF THE HOSPITALLER ORDER OF ST. JOHN OF GOD

As members of Hospitaller Order of St. John of God, Brother Raphael Mieszala, Brother Bill Osmanksi, Brother Richard Moore, and Brother Mateo Fenza fulfill their special calling by serving persons who are poor and homeless in Miami-Dade County.

Through their work at Camillus House and Camillus Health, the Brothers live the Gospel by lifting up our brothers and sisters in need. They minister to the physical and mental needs of those who are poor and vulnerable in South Florida, while providing a human connection for the forgotten, the abandoned and the many who feel that their lives don’t matter. Below are their thoughts on a wide range of topics and social issues.
